We offer a variety of services to help make the transfer to DeskPRO smoother, enhance integration with your side, or train you to make the most of DeskPRO.
- Installation, Upgrades & Relocation
- You can hire us to also install your new DeskPRO installation or if you have an existing installation, have us upgrade it for you. The process is simple: Once we receive the needed information, we will install or upgrade your installation quickly with little downtime. We also can move your installation if you choose to move from one server to another at any time.
- Training
- DeskPRO is an advanced software application with many features that may overwhelm anyone first using it. To overcome this, we have designed a 3-hour training course in which a member of staff will walk you through DeskPRO's many components and show you how to configure them to your specific needs.
- Design Integration
- If you wish to have your DeskPRO installation to match with your website, we will work with you to modify DeskPRO to mirror your website's look and feel.
- Custom Programming
- While DeskPRO can work under many different circumstances in a variety of companies, there are still some instances where DeskPRO can not fully meet the needs of a particular customer. To overcome this, we offer a custom programming service where a DeskPRO developer will personally work with you to alter DeskPRO's default function to better suit your needs.
