All Licences Include the Following

  • Licenses are perpetual. You can use your software forever without paying any further fees.
  • All licenses include one year of free support. No expensive support contacts required.
  • All licenses include 1 full year of free upgrades to our software.
  • Unlimited tickets and end-users. None of our licenses restrict your use of DeskPRO.
  • You can upgrade to a bigger license at any time without penalty. We do not encourage you into buying a bigger license than you need.

There is a DeskPRO license for every business size & they range in price from $195 to $2,495.

1 File limits only concern files in the user interface download manager. There is no restriction on the number of attachments in tickets or files in the tech interface.
2 The annual charge is for access to upgrades and support after the first year. It is completely optional. You may continue running DeskPRO without upgrading to new versions after your first year access has ended.

Some Additional Information on the Licenses

There are two types of license, DeskPRO Enterprise and DeskPRO.

The major differences between the two license types are:

  • DeskPRO Enterprise source code is visible. You can edit the source code in any way that you choose.
  • DeskPRO Enterprise has no limits on the number of troubleshooters, knowledgebase articles, files.

The two license types are further split into two licenses. The only difference with these licenses is the number of technicians (staff) that the licenses support. It is important to understand that you can have unlimited users, the restriction on technicians is the number of staff that would be answering your users' questions.
