The Feedback plugin allows you to accept ideas or suggestions from your customers. Ideas can be organized into custom categories that you can create to suit your business. After ideas have been posted, your customers can browse through them and vote on the ones they like the best giving you valuable insight into what your customers really want.

How It Works
When a user has an idea or suggestion for you, they simply fill out a simple form on your helpdesk to record it. The idea shows up in the "Feedback" section where other users can browse and vote on the ideas they like best. The higher the vote, the more your customers want something and the higher priority it should be.
Users only get a limited number of votes (10 by default). You can be sure that the most popular ideas are ideas that your customers actually want you to implement because with such a limited number of votes to go around, users are careful in choosing which suggestions to back.
Users can discuss ideas using the built-in commenting features, and you can mark ideas as accepted, declined or completed to indicate the status of any given idea.
