DeskPRO has a number of officially supported plugins that expand the feature-set by providing new functionality for specific use-cases. Each plugin is a separate piece of software that integrates with DeskPRO, and is licensed separately

Live Chat

The Live Chat plugin lets you chat one-on-one with your customers, exchanging messages instantly through the browser-based chat application.

Manual Creator

This plugin allows your techs to create full manuals for guides or documentation. These manuals can be viewed and searched online, printed, or downloaded for offline reading.

Desktop Notifier

The Desktop Notifier is a Windows application that your techs install on their PC. When new tickets arrive at your helpdesk, this application pops up a small notification window on your desktop.

Sub-Techs

This plugin allows you to convert normal end-users into limited "sub techs" that can answer tickets they are assigned. Ideal for situations where a company wants a first-go at all of their own users tickets before they are escalated to your real technicians.

Feedback

This plugin allows you to accept ideas or suggestions from your users, and have them vote on ideas they like best.
